  Took my daughter in to collect a prescription, my 7 year old girly asked for a lolly (as she does 3 times a week in this pharmacy!!) I said yes darling go and pick one while I was looking at hair dye(after collecting my prescription), to my surprise and horror I hear the pharmacist say to my 7 year old daughter "EXCUSE ME COULD YOU PUT THAT BACK UNLESS YOUR GOING TO PAY FOR IT PLEASE" absolutely disgusted and not wanting to row in front of my daughter I calmly said "I AM PAYING FOR IT OBVIOUSLY SHES NEVER STOLEN A THING IN HER LIFE!!" I took my girl outside and consoled her as she was asking "what did i do wrong mummy" (she was really upset that made me incredibly angry that an adult could make a child feel that way!!) I asked my child to stay outside the door while I went in and had a chat (that she could not hear) I walked in and calmly said "I'd prefer it if you did not speak to my daughter like that ever again, you think because I am in addictions services we are a family of scumbags" she then stated "I was very polite when I said that to her , (no she wasn't her tone was disgusting towards a my child) and then claimed my daughter was putting the lolly down her trousers !!! Absolute LIES!! Even if she had done that the woman knows me and has done for a year I buy my daughter a lolly each and every time she is in there with me !! I was then told that if I was not happy with the "service" I was to go elsewhere... I said "I didn't say that did i I said I was not happy with the way you spoke to my daughter!!" Then she proceeds to say that I was not supposed to shop while collecting my prescription... this has never once been stated to me in over a year !!! Then she said " I will contact your key worker and tell them your not happy with the service!!" I said no you won't because I didn't say that did i!! With the most smug face she could muster she said "I can do what I like" I said is that right "she said yes that's right" I said well in that case I will be putting in a formal complaint... she said on you go !!! So firstly I am writing this review!!! And secondly I am now heading to the complainant department or the owner of this pharmacy!!! This woman shows complete disrespect and disinterested in my situation, I am a recovering addict (from painkillers) she looks down her nose at me and has made a judgement that I am a illegal drug user who sends her child out on the rob for lollipops !!! Absolute joke !!! Definitely won't be getting left !!!
